Every person and relationship is unique, and therapy should reflect that. I offer individual, couples, and young people’s counselling in a space that is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in respect for your lived experience.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, low mood, neurodiversity, trauma, identity exploration, or relationship challenges, our work together will move at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Therapy is not about quick fixes, but about creating meaningful understanding and lasting change.

Individual therapy offers a private, supportive space where you can bring whatever is on your mind, without fear of judgement. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low in mood, or trying to make sense of past or present experiences, I will walk alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we can gently explore your thoughts and feelings, helping you reconnect with your inner strength, build self-understanding, and find a way forward that feels right for you.

Couples counselling provides a space where both partners can feel heard, understood, and supported. Relationships can feel challenging at times, especially when communication breaks down or disconnection begins to grow. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow things down, explore what’s happening between you, and begin to understand one another more deeply. I hold a respectful, inclusive space for all couples, supporting you to strengthen connection, rebuild trust, and navigate challenges together.

I offer counselling for young people who may be struggling with their emotions, relationships, identity, or life experiences. Therapy can provide a safe, supportive space where young people feel able to express themselves freely and be met with understanding and care. I work gently and collaboratively, adapting my approach to suit each individual, supporting them to build confidence, emotional resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist working with a holistic, person-centred approach. I believe our emotional wellbeing is shaped by the many parts of who we are — our relationships, identities, life experiences, and the challenges we carry. Therapy offers a space to explore these experiences with compassion, curiosity, and care.
I have experience supporting adults and young people with a range of presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, identity exploration, and relationship difficulties. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work in line with their ethical framework, offering a safe, confidential, and professional therapeutic space.
Alongside my professional training, my life experiences — including being part of the LGBTQIA+ community — inform my understanding of how identity, belonging, and societal pressures can shape emotional wellbeing. I am committed to offering an inclusive, affirming environment where all identities are welcomed and respected, and where you can feel safe to bring your whole self into the room.
